How we handle your information.

Load & Date collects only what you choose to send us.

What we collect

When you request a download, we receive your email address, the resource and page you requested, and whether you ticked the optional research-updates box. When you send an enquiry, we also receive your message. These details are stored securely by the research desk.

How we use it

We use your email to provide the resource you asked for and to reply to enquiries. We send research updates only if you opted in. We never pass your details to a supplier, utility or operator without your agreement, and we do not sell them.

On this device

Tool results, shortlists and saved items stay in your browser under keys prefixed ld_ and expire after 90 days. You can delete them at any time from the saved-items page. No advertising cookies are set.
